Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, positive and negative. My parents accompanied my family to America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work to the max and sacrifice. My parents inspired me and helped me to become successful. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. My goal was to attend college, graduate and get a corporate job. I would then marry then buy a house, and have kids. Life had other ideas. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate job the money and status was not bringing me joyIt was that I was throwing my life away to earn a living even though I knew I was destined for something more. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also enjoyed getting out and about to aid other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I started to find private training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. Very few Asian women work in the world of fashion. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and objectives. It is my aim for me to help others chase their goals and achieve the life they've always wanted. When my business was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the hardest of everything. The eight years she fought struggle with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though it may be difficult to spot it in the moment. In so many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. I truly believe she provided me with another chance to experience her loss. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of being alive and in the moment. I don't feel that I'm just another number. The purpose of telling my story is to show you that you're not alone. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Health is the most important asset you have. I pray that you live your every moment to the fullest and have a death be without regrets, since that's the only thing you can count on for the rest of our lives.
